Conditions for returning

The return period is within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. If you do not contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt, we cannot accept returns.

The conditions for returns are that the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. When returning the product, please return it in its original packaging.

For returns due to reasons other than our company's mistake, if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, we cannot issue a refund even if it is returned.

When contacting us, please include the following information and send a few photos showing the current condition of the item to bushido_info@start-gear.com.

About returns

If it is clear that the fault lies with our company, we will refund the return shipping costs and customs duties incurred by the customer after the reshipment.

About product exchange

If you wish to exchange the product, the same conditions as mentioned above under 'Conditions for Returns' and 'Return Shipping' apply.
