About delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of the item and the country to which it is delivered. The total amount paid can be viewed on the "Checkout" page when you add items to your cart and enter your delivery address.
About delivery area
Some countries do not appear in the "Country/Region" selection on the checkout page. There are some countries that we can deliver to even if they are not listed, so please contact us using the "contact us" form.
About shipping days
Production begins upon receipt of order. Once production is complete and ready to ship, we will send you an email informing you of the shipping date. Products will be delivered by EMS. The time required for delivery depends on the destination country. It is expected to take from 4 to 12 days after notification of shipment.
About taxes & customs fees
The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes and customs tariffs in the country of delivery. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that we at BUSHIDO-Online are unable to control nor predict these costs.
BUSHIDO-Online does not accept returns of products due to non-payment of customs duties. If a package is returned, all associated costs will be borne by the customer.
